By accessing or using ScoreBouncer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
ScoreBouncer is designed for cricket match management and scoring. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Admin accounts are assigned to a single individual and may not be shared.
4. Roles and Permissions
ScoreBouncer operates on a role-based access system: Admin, Captain, Vice-Captain, and Player. Each role carries defined permissions. Attempting to bypass role restrictions or access unauthorized features is prohibited.
5. Content and Data
You retain ownership of any data you submit (match data, team information, player records). By submitting content, you grant ScoreBouncer a license to store and display that content as part of the platform service. We do not sell user data to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
ScoreBouncer is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of match data or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
